Yes — backflow test forms with state-specific fields, test gauge readings, and tester certification number. PDFs auto-email to water utilities where required.

How do you handle smart-controller integrations?

We do not directly integrate with Rain Bird / Hunter cloud platforms today. Tech can capture controller programming in the ticket via photo OCR; the data is searchable and exportable.

Will this work for both residential and commercial?

Yes. Each customer is tagged residential or commercial, each with its own pricing logic, reporting cadence, and invoice template.
